Mr. Letcher is a tax accountant with a private practice, an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to practice before the IRS, and a Registered Financial Consultant serving individual and corporate clients. He co-founded Unified Services I, Inc., a Professional Employer Organization, and has been its Board Chairman and CEO since it started, making it one of the largest employers in the City of Surprise. He also founded Unified Services Inc., an accounting, payroll, and tax preparation service with clients across Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.

As a co-founder of Sage Academy Charter School, Mr. Letcher has served as the Chairman of the Board and Executive Administrator since its charter was granted in December 2006 by the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. He is a member of the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors for both the Arizona Society of Enrolled Agents and the Phoenix West Valley Chapter of Enrolled Agents, including terms as Vice-President and President. Mr. Letcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Grand Canyon University.
